Yes, subject to availability of drop out seats in Second year, the student is given an opportunity to appear for Branch Upgradation Counseling conducted by DTE representative. The allotment is done on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in 1 year BE examination.
As per RGPV norms, a student must have a minimum of 75% attendance in a subject to appear in final examination. Failure to adherence to norms will lead to detention from examinations.
As per RGPV norms students are allowed to carry subjects forward to the next semester subject to condition that a student is not allowed to carry more than 5 subjects to the next year. Also any subject of 1st and 2nd year cannot be carried forward to 3rd and 4th year respectively.
Finishing School curriculum is delivered Free of Cost to the students of SAIT. Only for those programmes that are delivered by External Agencies will be charged as payable, but all such programmes are completely optional.
Ans: The fee for the entire course is decided by Admission & Fee Regulation Committee of MP (AFRC) (www.afrcmp.org). The Tuition Fees remain unchanged during the entire course. Ans: The Caution Money (Onetime & Refundable) and the Tuition fees (semester wise) payable are only mandatory fees at the time of admission. Rest of the fees like Boys/Girls Hostel, College Bus etc are all optional fees.
Ans: Fees are accepted either in Cash or in Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of “Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences” payable at Indore. Cheques are not accepted against fees payment.
Ans: As per the Instructions made by Directorate Technical Education all the documents which will served by any candidate for admissions eligibility should have to verify with Originals before confirmation of the Admission by the Institutional Counselling Committee in College. Original Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate & Gape Certificate (If applicable) should have to deposit in institute at the time of admission.
